I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Seattle and had an excellent experience. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Seattle, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and staff were professional throughout my stay. The Sheraton Club Lounge was a highlight, offering a relaxing space with city views, breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and all‑day refreshments. It added convenience and value to the stay and made the overall experience even better. This property delivered everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit, and I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Seattle.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The rooms are a great size, clean, and comfortable. The gym is one of the most complete I’ve seen in a hotel, and the indoor pool is definitely a must — super clean and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Seattle!

Such an amazing experience! Gorgeous hotel. Very clean, great service. Delicious breakfast for folks with lounge access. We easily walked to Pike Place Market. Only weird things were that the shower leaks a lot due to a big gap in the door. And the bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it. So it didn't quite stay in place very well. Otherwise, we felt like royalty.

Great hotel - renovated, excellent amenities. Staff seemed lovely. If I could get hot water and decent water pressure in the shower, I’d stay here every time. As it is though, one-time deal. (Also need to figure out how to get someone to answer when you call down for valet).

Stayed herer recently for work and had an ok stay. The location is great right near Pike’s Place and easy to get around downtown, easy access to the freeway for meetings etc. the check in team was not overly friendly. You definitely got the “Seattle Freeze.” The elevators are pretty confusing to use at this hotel. The room was pretty mediocre. I guess I just expected a little more which could have just been my expectations. The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. It was decently spacious. The shower leaked all over the floor. There is a refrigerator and a coffee maker which was good. The room had a lot of electrical plugs which I appreciated and a small table, seating area and a window with a view of other buildings. The town offered a lounge for Titanium guests which was nice. I found the food to be slightly mediocre but nice coffee and drink services. The fitness center was in the very top floor and was two stories/levels which I found to be extremely nice. Overall it was a decent hotel but very crowded as it seems like a conference hotel. Parking is more than $80 per night for valet or you can self park for $45 across the street in a fully different building which isn’t totally convenient because of Seattle rain. Overall mediocre stay.

Wonderful location! Safe, walkable and convenient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. One issue is Low water pressure in rooms and water was not always hot enough. Pool is very bare bones, they did not even have towels available. Workout room was nice and well equipped. I wish the pool had more privacy from the workout area. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and professional!

I stayed for 7 nights in Jan'26 at Sheraton Grand Seattle. The location is excellent, just a 5-minutes walk to the Waterfront and plenty of restaurants, movie theatre options nearby. Room was spacious too. Service was particularly prompt. There are couple of in-hotel dining options as well as a pub which was lively on the weekends. What's really good is they provided me early check in which was highly needed after a 24 hour long journey What felt off was the in-room amenities. Literally no amenities like slippers, bathrobes, dental kit was provided. You have to ask for every little thing which are standard amenities even in 3-star hotels. There were no glass/cups even, which was extremely weird. Couple of paper coffee cups and plastic glasses were given in the room. On asking for plates for dinner, paper plates and plastic cutleries were provided which is so odd for a premium 4-star hotel. Overall decent hotel in a prime location, but they need to up their game w.r.t amenities.

Cozy rooms. Views are okay. Phone was broken and the shower was plagued with low flow like all hotels. The bedding and towels were clean and soft. For some reason food options nearby close between 5 and 6 pm and Ubers are super $$$$$ expensive. Great staff.
